So basically what I did was set up my side panels with all ship information that I wanted (and some other options to suit my tastes) for the 1st mode and then copied that to mode 4 and set the HIDE option on mode 4 so that I can switch to that mode when in OPS, all one need to to switch modes is press CTRL to release the mouse cursor and press the appropriate mode button on screen. Please mark leaks with spoiler tags, like this: Smolensk is balanced!. I recently was trying to solve a couple of challenges with respect to the in game UI and wanted to share my findings in case anyone else was looking for similar solutions.ġst Challenge, I like have the side panels up when I'm playing so I can quickly see my own team status and well as the enemy team status, I originally was using the mod called " Customizable Panels by BADoBEST" which are really good except for the fact that when doing OPs the panels sat right over where the OP objectives read out is and made it really hard to check objective status, tried to find a way to move the panels downward on my screen but to no avail.Ģnd Challenge, now that I'm getting into playing DD's, I wanted to see if there was a mod that would show which ships on the enemy team had (or could have) RADAR and/or HYDRO I thought this would be a good way to go and help me learn them by heart.įortunately I found a mod that solves both of these challenges and it's the " Customizable Panels by AutoSpy", this mod not only lets you configure the panels so it'll show which ships have (or could have) RADAR and/or HYDRO but it also shows you the ranges (you can also have it show the TORP ranges/reload, MAIN GUNS ranges/reload, TOP SPEED, CONCEALMENT and AA), it also lets you have up to 4 "modes" with different settings and one of the available options is to HIDE the panels until you press the ALT key. ![]()
